Type of Edge Processing (Grinding )

Glasses that are dimensioned go through the edge processing in order to increase their visual quality and safety. During the edge process, channeling and chamfering can also be done upon the request of customer. The edge processing of the shaped glass is made with CNC machines by using the related programs. Special machines and moulds are used during the process in order to minimize its duration. They are fully designed, produced and used by Bilily.
After the completion of all edge processes, the semi-finished products are washed with clean water in special washing machines and inspected fany defects.
